Yes, it's supposed to look that clean, don't whine about it, it's new. Anyhoo, moving on, this is a modern building inspired by a lot of stuff built in my town recently, modern, efficent, and trying to be "green".
And yes, if you haven't figured out yet, another diagonal. *;)

Super! Another diagonal! Diagonals are the only ploppable RCI that I will build manually in my city, but they are almost a necessity on a diagonal avenue! 10/10
