it is growable, but displays "ploppable" in the index page

fluud: although it does display as plopable in the index page, a growable version has been included for those who want to use it.

do you know how to make bad buildings? like every one you do is awesome. you sould go into low rise as well but really well done.

Hi nycc06, can Alexander Bldg be proper in use without BSC Texture Mega Pack & BSC Texture Pack Volume 2 V1(since i can't find in SC4 Devotion LEX)? Can u provide the dependencies in detail in order to get these packs from the site?

Nice, I'd like to see a more interesting glass texture though, it almost looks as if the tower is made of plastic because there is no shine to it. Very good model though. 8.

Maybe it is covered with plastic windows, lol. Anyways, good work, except, make that building shine a bit more.

You know what? The textures are the least of problems to me. I think it is not brought up once here but other times b4 on your other bats that your scale is quite off, and it is made even more evident here on this pic. Look at all the other buildings in the background has larger windows/higher floors than yours. I think you really need to do something about this on your next bat. Otherwise, you have made consistently original interesting bats!

i am currently working on a number of other projects, and i'll definatly try and sort out the window size scaling issue. all windows used in past BATs have been 2mx2m and the floor gap 1m. i will increase these figures next time round. i am also working on trying to make the buildings more realistic and shinier to remove that plastic look from them. thanks for the replies.

not sure why the night time lighting doesn't work. I downloaded all that is needed.. actually I have a few newly downloaded items where the night time lighting doesn't work. Any suggestions or is there a file that I am missing? Thanks... nice job..

I've downloaded this and several other towers from this creator, all of them say that the lots are ploppable as well as growable but they just don't show up inside the game... Therefore, their not ploppable! Shame =(
