nemesis666, there's a few reason's I didn't include trees on the lot. A lot of people use different tree mods, so I keep them away so there aren't Maxis Tree's conflicting with the look of the Cycledogg trees, etc. Some houses in real life don't have any trees. I also do it to keep down on the dependancies.

It's about time someone made these kind of houses.

Thanks for no trees. I use the cheat for plopping trees. My neighborhoods are covered in trees, just as in real life. Some areas have less, just as in real life. Keep these buildings coming!

This is a very nice model and I am happy to see such a great recreation of an old Foursquare house. However, the house is way too big and houses up to 55 people.

This stuff looks a LOT like houses around where I live. (Roanoke VA) Great work, but it could do with some trees. 8/10 cause the lot is kinda boring but the houses themselves are EXCELLENT.
