    If you're talking about George Gershwin's "Rhapsody In Blue", then I have to disagree. I mean, although it may have some jazzy parts to it, it's mostly quiet then all of a sudden it starts to play loudly. It's a cool song, but I think that it's too ominous for SimCity. Dave Brubeck's "Take Five" is a more better choice.
