About This File

A folly in the heart of England, built in 1799 on a beacon hill, and designed to resemble a castle. It is now open as a tourist attraction, and thirteen counties of England can be seen from the top on a clear day.

Now it has been recreated in BAT form, and can be placed in your cities or rural areas as a true landmark. That said, I might as well point out that it appears near the top of the landmarks menu. The stats are as follows:

Plop cost: §30,000

Monthly cost: §50

Landmark effect: 10 over 16 tiles

Mayor rating effect: 5 over 256 tiles

Bulldose cost: §4,950

Flammability: 10

Max fire stage: 3

Power consumed: 1

Water consumed: 5

Garbage produced: 3

Air pollution: 1 over 1 tile

Water pollution: 1 over 2 tiles

Number of dependencies: Zero

Very interesting. I learned something today! Good model. I see that it is bright irl but in game still seems a tad light to me... maybe it's just me. Either way, it's going in my plug-in folder as we speak.

You probably know this already, since the picture is there, but the picture on the right was Wikipedia's featured picture of the year. That's a HUGE honor for a photo, and means it was the best picture on the entire website uploaded that year, out of hundreds of thousands. Here's the link: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Picture_of_the_Year/2007

I like this. You reproduced this very nicely. I am sure I can find a home for this somewhere in my region. Thank you for sharing and please keep BATing.

Really nice. My grandparents live in Evashem near by so I've been up the tower. It's a nice place.

wow, I never thought I'd ever see it again. It was so random in reality and this is even more random having it show up here, but it's a great model! The structure is very accurate (the lot isn't, but I like it with trees added). Random memories of my trip to Europe are coming back. lol. Good job :)
