This is really a beauty. :-) Normally i don't download skyscrapers since i built usually only small to medium sized towns and skyscrapers would look odd in these, but i really can't resist on this one. 10 Stars!

Fantastic work Simfox I'm looking forward to more new Russian skyscrapers, maybe a re-work of Federation Tower?? The lot is interesting, I'm not sure about it but the building it first class.

A bit on the downside about the lot but still a 10/10. Ive been following ur thread of sc4 dev. The look you were going for woulda been better if you had those angled areas all water and instead have just the plaza go through the middle of it and around the building. Still giving it a 10/10 cuz of the amazing detail on the building itself. P.S. for all you nay-sayers..this not the first great looking building to have a iffy lot base. NDEX had a few of those :P

It looks amazing. Yeah, the base is flawed but I'm still giving it 9/10 b/c to do otherwise would be like turning down a date w/ Angelina Jolie b/c she has a broken toe nail.

Base...what base...who is looking at the base...I'm still just flabbergasted oogling the nightlighting. Astounding!

An outstanding and innovative BAT. No doubt a 10/10. About the plaza: While it might deter some people from downloading, it shouldn't lead anyone to rate it lower. The plaza was very well done, and anything after that is only based on which architecture styles you like, which isn't a reasonable basis for rating BATs on.

Absolutely stunning. Easily a 10/10. If people don't like the base then why didn't they say so in Simfox's BAT thread? To be honest, it's his BAT and he can make it how he wants it. If you don't like it then don't download it.

I'll wait for the new version because I like to re-lot all the skyscrapers I download, but I have been waiting for this building for quite awhile and boy was it ever worth it. I just cannot believe how well the nightlighting is. I am in awe.

I don't like the lot, but the building is just flat-out stunning. My jaw is on the floor. 10/10

The lot is lacking, but I won't let personal judgement dictate the judging process. The trunite or whatever its called is pure genius. Its amazing what ya can do with 3DS MAX 10/10

Building: 19/10... Lot: 1/10... That averages to 10/10, but I think the lot looks goofy as it lacks symmetry... That said, I know I couldn't do any better and this is simply just a marvellous piece of work! Thanks! ... By the way, is this really Europe's tallest building??? I've only been to Europe twice and not in Moscow, so I'm not the best judge, but it seems that there are higher buildings in Frankfurt. And maybe the Montparnasse Tower in Paris?
