The design of the building is excellent, and it has shadows! Plus it is a high-tech building! I will be more generous and give it a 9/10, but the harsh comments are certainly because the bar has been raised so high at the stex as far as textures are concerned! Anyway, don't give up! You get a lot of support with the number of downloads you have registered already!

There is a growable included. Also, i've managed to modd it to be a ploppable which doesnt crash my game and actually works :D! I'm just waiting for a suitable time to upload it onto the stex.

When I plop the building, I hear a church bell (like Big Ben) and I get a landmark window saying the maintenance cost is $150 per month. Does the ploppable version not have jobs? Nice-looking building, though.

One of the files is a landmark. I made a ploppable for my own use but it is now gone as my computer broke. I must have forgotten to take the sound effect off for the landmark. Sorry about that. You can make yourself a ploppable version using Simgoober's tutorial.
