About This File

This is the fourth BAT in the CACC series. The Chrysalis tower serves as a 5 star luxury seafront hotel and has a capacity for around 5000 guests. The tower itself is a CO$$$ and provides 5000 commercial jobs. The tower is 343 metres high on a lot size of 4x5. Thanks for all the comments on previous BATs and I hope you all like this one too.

Looks great, but the textures are too clean allover, exspecially on the roof. also, the nightlighting is WAY over done. you cant light up the whole corner peice, because when you strech the nightmaps out they get all funny looking 9/10

The model is excellent but I believe the texture isn't that great. Also I don't like the green color on the upper area, I think light blue would be nicer. 7/10

Texture's a little off on the top part (yellow parts) But aside from that if you get to improve it i would definately download it.

i do like this building but the textures are unrealistic. P.S. where did you get that modd for building buildings i see inthe backround?

greengiants, the buildings in the background are just parts of the SFBT Highway Bridge Construction Set By Spocky, which i have aranged to look like a building construction site. Here is the link anyway. BTW thanks for the comment. https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=14359

Not bad, textures a lil bright up top but nothing that can't be redone. Though the white on corners gives a nice clean look, try not to over do it.

I love the building design. But the building itself is too colorful and the textures aren't realistic. You should consider doing this as a grey building with black windows. It would make a lovely New York Art Deco building if you did.

aroughleague: You should be ashamed of yourself. Yes the textures need work but 2 out of 10 is just insulting.

Could use some more or better details and a lot of better textures, should be in the LEGO Pack.

I'd reccomend that you use more realistic textures and some more interesting night lighting. Other than that great job, I'd love to see you do a re-make but for now I won't download.
