Cool looking building, but certainly not worth my waste of time downloading and converting both the building files AND the dependency files. The textures on the bottom of the building look pretty bad, both in the daytime and the nighttime pictures (there's no difference, which is bad), and the top roof in the night has very little difference from the roof in the daytime, as well as the unrealistic lit-up pool at night. With all of those negative factors, I'd have to give this building a 3/10.

Not nearly enough stats on the front of the description to get me to buy into it. for example how many occupants occupy this small apartment. And the building itself is a little bit ugly for my taste, so I wouldn't download anyway, but a fine job nonetheless, as the color is a personal opinioner's taste. 6/10. -
