I like how you tilted the building, I wish more of them broke free of the 90-degree angle like this. The parking lot is a big bonus, as we need more parking lots on the STEX!

I think the bat is pretty good actually. Could have been better with some fancier nightlights but this will do. The lot is kinda boring with only maxis props, but still i give you 7/10

There are so many better parking lot options, but the bat is still great and that can be looked past.

I like this library. Plain and realistic. I gave it a 9 because the parking lot could be a bit more interesting. Still, I will use this in my cities right away.

Great work dk1 !!! I am very happy to see some suburban looking community buildings! Anymore on the horizon? (fire station, schools, etc???) Great idea angling the building from the site...keep up the great work!

Wow fantastic job DK1! i love the glass texture. The only thing id change is make the omni under the awning a bit brighter, but thats just a personal preference. 10/10
