    I really admire you taking on these homes, but for some reason even though you are referencing older (probably historic) houses your models tend to look like re-builts or reproductions. I cannot think as to why, maybe it is the textures?
  3. I've been away for awhile, and it is great to see amazing stuff here! Keep it up! Just out of curiosity, and this is not really a request per say, just a question (but wouldn't object you considering it one), have you ever thought about making NY brownstones like found in Greenwich Village, Brooklyn, etc?

    I applaud your addition of retail! I remember you saying you were gonna stray away from it and after seeing what you have done with this project I have NO idea why! You did a fabulous job of it! I think mixed-use buildings like this are missing in the game and I would love to see more like this! Starbucks, McDonalds, a few drug stores, even some apparel shops add to our city's streetscapes. Great Job!

    Very Nice Row Homes! One request I would have is to make it a corner version ... there are very few corner rowhomes out there.

    Wow, very nice projects! These large-scale mid-rise buildings are a missing portion of the game, especially if you model them to look extremely urban! Hope to see what else is up your sleeve! (while also seeing some of your projects up on the STEX soon )
