HIDP (Heavy Industry Development Pack)

 

Is a large project that relies on making lots and BATs of any type and function to enlarge the possibilities of making (or trying to) realistic large industrial districts.

 

This industry, made to convert the coal of your mines in coke coal for your steel mills, will give you 3000 simoleons per month and 500 ID Jobs, if you want big amounts of air pollution and huge amounts of water polllution ;)

STATS:

 

Lot Size: 19x6

 

I-D Jobs: 500

 

Monthly income: 3000

 

Water Pollution: 54

 

Air pollution: 23

The permission of 2 team administrators (op4 and KT3) has been given tu upload the pack after a final test.

You say that it produces lots of pollution. It doesn't. The amount is very small, hardly of any influence.

It pollutes more than the majority of Maxis I-Ds; I just scaled the pollution to their levels

But this lot is a tiny bit bigger then the standard ID lots and the pollution should have been adjusted likewise.
