NDEX James Morgenn Diagnol lot Revision

I made this lot because I, myself, have noticed the lack of diagnol buildings which makes designing diagnol networks in SimCity 4 very difficult and unrealistic. So, that's why I've created this new lot for DuskTrooper's James Morgenn Center.

There are many possible diagnol networks for the lot so please post any you discover. I'd appreciate it!

Stats:

Bulldoze Cost: 10,000

Demand Satisfied:

R-$: 250

R-$$: 250

R-$$$: 250

Jobs: CO$$$ 7625

Landmark Effect: Magnitude: 500, Radius: 500

Park Effect: Magnitude: 10, Radius: 10

Plop Cost: 125,000

Appears in the Parks Menu

Dependencies: https://www.simtropolis.com/STEX/index.cfm?id=4141

Custom Icon, modding, and lot done by DragonAnime

Special thanks to DuskTrooper for the excellent model.

Thanks, and enjoy.

Great idea this game needs more diagonal lots. but imo the stats of the lot are a bit radical. I'm going to lower them and move it to the Landmarks menu.

I agree both with VT and with soulstealer. The idea IS superb, and the stats ARE extreme.

Really good, SC4 defoinetly needs diagonal bats. Only one suggestion: maybe you can make a CO$$ version as well, as so many CO$$$ jobs may screw up the balance of the economy and demand of the region, for those (like me) who like to play functional cities.

does this replace/upgrade the original James Morgenn Center ( https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=4141&v=1 ), or are both available side-by-side together in the same city when both are installed? looks good, though. keep up the good work!

Raccoonfox, thanks and no, it doesn't replace the original one.. you can use them both at the same time!

I must echo cdb's comment about needing more CO$$ to level things out... but still, nobody should be passing on this one. It's a little tall-ish for the area I want to use it in, but I guess my Sims will just have to put up with stiff necks for a while. Thanks Dragon!!

Thanks SamJam, I wasn't sure what type of CO to make this but once I re-read the readme for the original version I noticed it was a very high-end office tower. But I assure you, my next upload will be a very nice building that will be a CO$$. :)

Awesome job. . .what I'm looking for at this point are Atlanta landmarks, and I've only found a few - would you (or other NDEX) members consider such as future projects?
