Thanks every one I'm really glad you like it. @Honk Kong: well I wanted yellow you want red yoman made it blue. It's still Glenni's great texturing when you look closely. @trebuchet77: All you need are JRJ seawalls and you can extend the docks easily. And any real port need some flat yard behind it. @tatty: I don't know why you have a problem with the LEX. make a post in SC4D support thread I'm sure the admins there will be able to help.

This is a set of 14 Modular lots for creating realistic looking container terminals. All the lots slightly boost medium and low wealth industrial and residential demands to help develop your industrial areas. The lots are based on Yoman's great port realism props as well as Jestarr excellent containers. All the lots use family props so every time you plop you get a slightly different lot. There is a long dependency list, sorry about that. I choose to use as many props as possible to create detailed living lots. All the details are in the readme. Make sure you go over it. Enjoy. -

3x1 is an excellent choice since it gives the impression of a realistic slope unlike the unrealistic default slopes of SC4. Also a 3x1 would fit in very well adjacent to any 3 or more tiles deep building. A small request if I may. Can you please make a spiral entrance (a road curves to the side and down) like u see in many sub parking lots?
