I have to agree with praiodan, along with the new WTC, the (real) Burj Dubay is rather ugly and looks out of place. But the BAT is certainly well done, although the lot looks a bit bare and uninspired.

I actually like the building and I think once it's finished it will be stunning. This model is a good copy but the textures are too bright and dull, specially the terraces and the base. also, the lot looks empty. in reality the building will be surrounded by a beautiful park. 7/10

Watch the language please. I give it a 9/10 because it is truly looks incredible, but the flora exposes a lot of the tile and needs a little bit more detail. The BAT is 10/10, the flora is 9/10.

I like the building itself. I think a good piece of achitecture causes controversy. Some people like it, some people don't. The Sydney Oprah House is a good example. Anyway, I think your model is almost perfect. the color on the terrace can be darker. And I think you can come up a better lot design for this one. 9/10 for me. Good job!
