This is my replacement for the In-game SC4 University.
I never liked the original because it was a bit to bulky in my opinion at 12x10. I also didn't care much for the smoking boiler.
This lot makes the following changes;
It replaces the in-game University to 8x10
Stats same as original except no smoking boiler, lot requires power.
A handfull of props moved around to fill gaps on the campus.
The zip includes 4 files;
1) The custom University lot.
2) Back-up of the original.
3) The readme - duh.
4) In-game image.
This is my first STEX upload, hope you like it and find it usefull.
