This is my replacement for the In-game SC4 Country Club.
When I used the Country Club in a city I thought it was a bit plain and bulky.
This lot makes the following changes;
It replaces the in-game 12x12 Country Club to 10x12
Stats same as original.
An additional tennis court, a paddle court, a pair of maintenance props were added.
Also a gazebo and surrounding tables & chairs with a few sim props to liven it up a bit.
Most of the golf-course is retained.
I also edited the parking textures and changed the cars.
The zip includes 4 files;
1) The custom Country Club lot.
2) Back-up of the original.
3) The readme file.
4) In-game image.
I edited this lot partly because I wanted to make better use of some of the in-game plain SC4 lots - rewards.
I also wanted to share the work with other SC4 players who like myself use the lot but wanted a better version.
One way I can say thanks for all the other good jazz I've used from the STEX.
