The looks but is there a plop type because i don't zone that big in my cities.

Does anyone have any tips about getting this to grow? I zoned 12x9 like the size says but i never see it.

i zoned the 12x9 too in my city.. but for some reason this beuty won't grow :( any tips?

TCC grew pretty easy for me and aleking.....so its 12 across and 9 down..press g and that activates the visible grid. Check your RCI..you may want equinox's RCI mod https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=4243 ..you will want about 5200+ R$$ Demand...Then I go around the city and dezone R$$ buildings I don't like...dezone a bunch of them. Your R$$ Demand will spike and before you know it TCC is growing

The building was examined and works very well! Destroy only much of your R$$ buildings and put some parks and trees around your marking 12x9. It works ;-)

I Have now 4 of them in my city and it looks FANTASTIC!

Thanks for the suggestions, i finally got it to grow after i zoned a 12x9, and put some tenis courts behind it and squared off that 12x9 with ave :)

Hmm, I dunno if im just being dumb, but i can't seem to zone that big? I get to a certain sized area and then the lil arrows on the zoned area start pointing in all directions and not towards the road, if you get what I mean How do you guys zone that big?
