  1. Travelling to University?

The university only apply to the city it is located. Also, sims only travel when going to work or returning home. Traffics from school, university, alirport, hospital etc etc are not included in the game.
  2. weird demands

How's education in ur city, it takes several yeard for ur sims to be educated enough for office jobs. Also, you did not mention industry demand, if its sky high, just zone some industries to get rid of those no job zones.
  3. Bus wont contribute to congestion and air polution in the game, so enjoy them.
  4. Hole Digging Lots

Finally, I find this lengendary tool. Great work.
  5. Tung Chung Crescent

    Splendid! really.
  6. I think you might be right, N_O_Body. I bullzoned a skyscraper which contains 6000 R$ sims today, and my co$$$ demand drop to bottom immedietaly. That can only be explained by what u said, I guess.
  7. thanks for ur help and prompt reply. Unfortunately, I am a bit confused about ur answers. I guess I did not express my questions clear enough (blame my poor English), let me put them in another way: 1, Once I get enough R$$ and R$$$, and they are well educated, Can I now bullzone all my industries, and provide jobs (and continue expanding city) with solely commercial office and commercial service? (assume there is no neighbour city around) 2. As you said, It is quite common after a few years, R$ will become R$$ and eventually R$$$ since they are now educated and find better jobs. So eventually all my populations in this city are rich or middle class sims, Does this affect co $$$ demand? do I have to build slums in neighbou city to reach sckyscrapers? Thanks again
  8. up to my knowledge, the chain high tech<-->r$$$ and r$$--> co$$ and co$$$ always works. But here is my question, is industry a must have, ie, is r$$$ @ r$$ <--> co$$ & co$$$ self sustainable? I know one can always create all-industry neighbour cities to make a non-industry city, but is industry a prequisite in the first place? Also I read from forum somewhere R$ is crucial for co$$$, R$ will affext co demand, no R$, no skyscrapers, is that true? Thanks for ur help in advance!
