Great, I always used anywhere even without road, but before taking pics for my CJ, I used to hide that nasty "no raod" zot above with the cheat "tastyzots". No more need for cheating :D

Simple, but effective. Personally, I'd remove the streetlight, but it fits in perfectly in any rural area indeed (not as good as my "electric wonder tree", though ;-) ).

I am going go be honest about why am giving this a 3. first it is a long way below your usual quality. 2) the building is actually a maxis one dirtyindusty stage2, 3) I could use lot editor to create this myself and then mod the functions of the building. even a first time batter could probably do better. What is good it functions and is useful. BTW i have the evidence it is a Maxis building with a prop also by maxis. what I dont get is why everyone is rating it so highly.

@moganite: I don't see where mrbisonm was claiming that he BATtet the building. Of course it's a Maxis prop, but this is not an industrial building, but a properly modded power plant lot. Your comment about "a first time batter" and rating is an insult towards mrbisonm, who is one of the most respected lot makers in the community.

wow, I think that there is more need to it than I expected, 72 downloads already. To make this understood very clearly: 1.This is NOT a BAT and I never said so.2. It was uploaded to please one member and not all. Don't worry moganite, I'll put in a good word for you if you should get trashed. I liked your comment, although you didn't really what you talked about.

@moganite: Man do you need a school course in tack. Your dislike of the lot and other's high rating of it is respected, but you brought out your sharpest knife to attack mrbisonm. Like Andreas Roth said, mrbisonm is one of the community's most respected members and definitely not deserving of your caustic remarks.

Lot has its uses and thanks for sharing it with us.

First: Fred, you have my gratitude for doing the fix I've asked for. And doing it so quickly! Second: I've been using the original one for a while now and it's inconspicuous look is EXACTLY what make this LOT (as we can clearly see on the status bar above) very usefull as it blends perfectly with it's surrounding. (to be continued....)
