NIMBY Collection 1 1.01

SG, great set. This adds a touch of realism that has been missing. No matter how one feels about such establishments they are a fact of life in most cities. My biggest complaint is that they spawn to much. They generally account for half of my commercial business in new towns, and while they might be a part of many cities I don't think I have ever seen a city with that high of a percentage. I would give this a 7/10 the quality is good, but the spawning is too high.

I think the funniest ones are "The Queer Steer" and "Al's Adult Bookstore."

This is how I exclude these and keep realism: A citywide ban on dedicated sexually oriented buisnesses. The BATs are good, but I do not approve of the content.

Pff, every city of any reasonable size has them. I, for one, like the added realism. Plus I get a pretty good giggle over looking through my city and coming across something named "The Queer Steer." It's nice to know that at least some developers have a good sense of humor. ;D

Anyone who says this is an attack on ST and SimCity needs to get real. places like this exist, so particularly if you are building a ig city these are bound to pop up! Honestly! May i ask Why its C$? most of the owners of these joints are filthy rich! LOL

It's not even close to realism. A small wink at the most. I live within 5 minutes of a red light districts and several drugs stores, and not the kind you guys have in the States. ;) No people are less tolerable as fanatic born again Christians.
