...so basically - no bashing to the members of NDEX, but the team has lost a bit of its dynanicism that it had. and without it, there isnt a drive to do something drastically different. and that is what you're noticing in our pattern of release...

Very, very nice restaurant indeed. Will take pride of place in the commercial districts in my cities. I hope there is more fine dining to come. 10/10

First they whine about too many skyscrapers...now they whine about short stuff...goodness people...

Very nice looking. Strangely enough I must have some texture missing (the path around the building and the patio) and get a glimpse of infinity there.. will re-check.

I see what people mean by conservativeness creeping in the STEX as a whole, it is a nice restaurant but some people are'nt looking for nice, they're looking for WOW, to me its ok, I'm sure I'll find somewhere for it...

Just downloaded it. Opened it up in the Lot Editor. Spun it around and looked at it from all angels ... and ... this is a nice bat. I for one look forward to see it grow in my cities. Thank you for sharing this with the Simtropolis community!

I think this BAT is excellent. And I've been wanting some simple and beautiful buildings made from the team behind the great skyscrapers. Because you have such a high quality of work, but I'm not a huge skyscraper person.

I guess Bluth's opinion didn't much matter. Apparently the only way to say "not great" to someone on the STEX is to scream "you suck" in there face. NDEX is, without a doubt, the greatest BAT team in history. I'd just like to see-(continued)

Please, USE the comment section of an upload if you have questions instead of downgrading uploads. It's rude and not fair, downgrading something just because you don't read the readme or the description, which states by the way that it's a growable Cs. 

Growable items generally provide jobs or occupants (in the case of Residentals). 

But again STOP DOWNGRADING contents, just because you don't understand them. Read the readme (if there is), try it, ask if you have problem with something, and IF you still don't like it for some reason ("too many dependencies", "why it's pink and not green" is not really a valid reason) and you have something meaningfull to say with your critique, then downgrade a content and explain your reason.
