Founded in 1998, Portable On Demand Storage (PODS) is a corporation established in Pinellas County, Florida. PODS revolutionized the moving and storage industry by originating the concept of transporting mobile storage containers directly to the customer at their convenience to pack at their leisure.

NOTE:
There are no Plopable PODS lots, other than the headquarters. However, I have included a dat File with the correct Desc and Model Files included so you can make your own 'park' plopable lots, if you like. The POD Lot Base, is an invisible building with the same settings as the growable versions, simply place it on a lot, then add props. Please feel free to make and post as many as you like, plopable or growable. I will be adding more to my own collection in the future.

The self installer will place it in the correct folder.
