Very nice. Great for big cities.

Love the builing, especially the lighting touch in the pool on the top.

It's gorgeous! And it's nice to be able to add some much needed color to my cities!

The shape is smooth and the colour is so bright looking forward to see more dense residental buildings especially modern style buildings (like this one) and R$$ buildings

The only thing is not good is: this builing should have a more attractive name!

Thanks guys for the comments! LOL so i see some of you didn't liked the name much :-P i thought it should be simple since my other buildings names are more attractive, just doing something new. And the building next to it is The Riviera it's the building i'll release next.

Yep, all downloads are being ruined because of the NON structural dependencies dumbs. My god, i have no idea about how many THOUSENDS of packages i have. Whats new and whats old. One of the main reasons i quit this game. Its just a freakin mess, and i can only see others playing with such nice eye candy.

why's there always be some dependencies links in all your uploads? you know it makes me worry that the plugins will ruin my cities..lol... so I would not download it, though it's sad that your buildings are almost all a great work.!!!
