The original Lucia Tower had some flaws: Thegrowable version, which was to grow on 3x3 lots, also grew on 3x4 lots, and inboth cases, the building grew over the edge of the lot, overlapping whateverwas nearby.
Besides, as with 99% of all buildings on theSTEX, the stats (value, jobs provided, pollution etc.) were way off, i.e.totally different from comparable SC4 default buildings.
The landmark version made that "BigBen" sound upon querying, and I found the lot to be rather plain for alandmark.
The ploppable version also had a ratherinappropriate query sound and was set to be CO$$, whereas the normal buildingwas CO$$$.-
