low-wealth - 'Ideas Unlimited', a photocopy and printing shop and 'Leanne's Hair and Beauty', a hairdressing salon.
medium-weath - 'Whitegates' estate agents and 'Thorntons' chocolates.
More shops in the same style will follow.
Game info: The Cs$ version has 52 jobs with 2x1 and 1x2 corner lots. The Cs$$ version has 18 jobs and comes on a 1x2 corner lot.
