I don't want to cause a commotion, but I think this might be plagarized... I saw this exact building with the exact picture on Sim City Brazil... I've checked the what was released by the creator on the other site and none of are the same as wolf_pt's, so I highly doubt that wolf_pt is the creator.

However if you were just uploading it here, it would be nice if you credited the original creator...
