I'm unable to make runway or airport works. Runway have no plane up or down. Airport have no tourist I think it is not functioning. Are there any guide how to build these and make it works? -

Super Vibrant or Clear and Bright... I'm not sure. Are you sure because both of them don't appear to be as dark as the roads or as dark as the vegetation in your screenshot? If you want dark road. Use road color changer not color correction.

I have no pillars mod and I found that to build elevated network on top of ground network is hard. How do you build this 2 level network? Elevated first or ground first?
