Dev whats ur problem, Chipindales is a strip club yes, but do u see any nudity on this CJ, i certainly dont. I see nothing wrong with this, its sort of cool too, i always love to see real commercialized BATS on ST....Keep doing what ur doing SimGoober!

You forgot the mini-bus parking area for the "hens night" groups. Another great lot, My wife would be impressed.

Well all I will say is that SG is doing what needs to be done for the game ... too many people has released lots with SUPER GOOD EFFECTYS and that trashed the game in that you cannot get a working middle wealth city ... this is perfect to balance things out. You go Goober ... my Sims love you.

Thank you, SG. I was one of the requesting ladies so I am delighted to be able to download this. My female Sims will love you forever. As for nudity I don't see any in any of the lots. It is a building for goodness sake and as always with SG buildings it is extremely well crafted.

I understood the rating system was to demonstrate an opinion on the BAT or lot and how well it functioned in the game. It is not the place to make political or moral judgements. If you don't like it don't download - simple. DO NOT DOWN RATE BECAUSE OF MORAL VIEWS.

Gave it a 10 to offset any possible downgrades by the "morally challenged". Having said that, this is an excellent BAT in its own right, well done.I'm glad my cities will finally be a bit more "realistic", got tired of all those happy happy services, bout time we got down and did the nasty ;)
