@Slick : lol, I saw a screenshot from that game on a google search, which is where the origonal inspiration came from. Never played that game, but may have to look into it now!

Yes! A brewery. You should have made the reward dependant on the number of pubs and military bases in the city, not the number of sugarcane farms ;-)
