About This File

This is a set of 9 small commercial shops, designed to combat the in game "small shops". Some of them are based on Real World shops, others are fictional. Each one is in it's own Model file, with the Exemplars. This means that if there is one you just don't like, you can delete that model file, and not affect the others. You will get the brown box if that version is in game already though; simply bulldoze that lot and let somethig else grow.

The stores included are : Napa Auto Parts (2), Pawn Shop (2), Aquarium Shop, Julias Signs, Washland (2) and a Used Book Store.

 Lot Details and Information

These lots are only available as growable versions. I have no plans to make plops of them.

Perfect for the CS$ variety we so desperately need in this game. Now I won't see rows and rows of the stupid Maxis diner in my cities...great work!

thank you was tired of generic "small shops" I like to have CS$ as most cities are not all hi wealth everything
