Now that's a GREAT Houston BAT! The filesize is a bit big, and so is the amount of people living in it, but this is Maxis grade stuff. Great colour scheme too, it's very PoMo. I would give you a ten but, like I said before, it's way too big. 9/10 :D

Great but 500 is bit too much? say 6 floors so nearly 85 ppl on each floor. 85 / 4 = 21.5 there should be 22 compartment in each floor.??? anyway

That's not by choice. If you put the # of residents at a "realistic" level, it would not be to scale with the game's lots. As a result, it would NEVER grow. It's hard enough for me to get to grow these things as they are now.

With quality work like this on the STEX Ican't imagine what The folks at Maxis could do to improve the next version. I wouldn't be suprised if they mined the the whole site for content.

I've had these a while and they're great.

I rarely take the time to comment, but this is a wonderful building and worthy of a remark.

Clearly 500 residents are way way way too much. This alone should lower the overall rating from a 10/10 to 9/10. It still look great!

I wish I could put it into the game. I have the dependency. Unfortunately, This is what my computer said:

This is the only download I have that had this message. Maybe you should update it?
