  1. Cori's Rock Shoppe

This is fantastic. It's so much easier than installing and launching the game to see what a mod looks like. You rock - pun intended.
  2. Cori's Water Shoppe

This is an incredibly helpful reference. Thanks!
  3. Can't find it?... Ask here!

I believe that is Frogface's MetroCityStation Elevated.

I just tested the Staples Center and it works just fine for me. Are you sure that you have the listed dependency? https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=90 Kind regards! Hi, Thanks for responding. Yeah I downloaded the BSC texture pack earlier. Still hasn't helped. I downloaded a few parking lot texture packs. Still no luck. The problem is I had to reinstall the game and everything when I Upgraded to windows 10, so I lost most of my files for sim city. I remember years ago there being a trick to getting the parking lot to work. I remember there is a specific texture needed that isn't listed on the dependencies and unfortunately there isn't a read me that I have found anywhere. :-( You need the BSC Textures Vol 02 in addition to Vol 01 as well as the Rockefeller Center landmark from Maxis.
  5. Welcome back, sorta...!

Is anyone else having problems with the "Please wait x seconds before attempting another search." message popping up constantly? I've been using the New Content link at the top right to look at recent posts, but I frequently get this error when going to the next page or even just using the back button in my browser. It is making the site almost unusable for me. (I'm running Chrome 43 on Windows 7, if that's helpful. This problem happens on both my home and work computers, so I don't thinks it's an issue on my end.)
  6. CTD and DAMN

Are you using Yild's DAMN Manager? There is a bug in the latest version, which causes a crash on plop with hidden lots. He is aware of the issue, but I don't know if there will be a fix released. If you want to hide lots, I would suggest using Stefan79's SSP Tool instead.
  7. New Beginnings

I can see the first picture, but the next two links are broken.  I'm using Chrome, if that helps.

NOB's stuff is still available on the SimCity China site. Here is a link to the page for the rail textures: http://www.simcity.cn/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=85285&page=5#pid1412615 You do need to register on the site before you can download.
  9. Reddonquixote's BAT thread

Nothing bad happens until the station is 400% over capacity, then it stops working altogether. There is a deeper explanation of the capacity problem by the NAM's traffic simulator guru here: https://www.sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=12522.0 The station looks amazing already. This will be an amazing addition to the game!
  10. It will remain in the same format as the original. Reader doesn't change that when you edit a file. It does get a little more complicated with DAT files because you only need to duplicate the lot files, but DAT files usually have everything inside them. I usually copy the lot file(s) into a new blank DAT, then save the new file with a name that will load after the original. You can't go wrong adding "z_" to the original name.
  11. Inland Steel Building

Wow! That's one of my favorite Chicago buildings - and an often overlooked gem. Nicely done!
  12. The simplest way is to create a copy of the lot file, then change the growth stage in the LogConfig exemplar to 0xFF with Reader. Just make sure that the blocker version of the lot file loads last.

Cool, thanks a lot :-) So is that a link I can pass on? Or maybe you just put it back on the Stex <grin>? Yes, as far as I know, you can pass the link along. It was publicly posted to one of the fan sites, but I can't recall which. I don't know why, but ebina decided to remove his/her mods from the STEX a while ago.
  14. Can't find it?... Ask here!

It's a mod by Ebina, so you can download HERE. It's in the ST Exchange Archives folder.
