I liked it but I would like to offer a few sugestions: Work on being able to connect it to roads, a through street maybe, or RR tracks. Work on waves along the waters edge it will help it look a little more real looking.

Unfortunately, we can't really do any of those things well with this lot. The cars would look really stupid as they would drive into the building, and wave effects are not available.

Beautifull! Just a thought, but shouldn't this provide industry jobs, as techncily, fishing usualy falls under the same heading as agriculture. Oh, and i'd increase the humber too.

I thought that CS would be a good choice; I was thinking about things like fish packing ... you're right, though, farm jobs would be better. I'll see if it's even possible; I've never tried. :$

I'm sure i've seen some plopable farms that show up in the landmarks menu, so it must be doable. Failing that you could make it manufactoring, packing fish is sort of food processing. Hmm, just got an idea for a new Industry lot, fish-packing plant.

Why does this thing cost $280,000?! A fishing village isn't exactly like plopping the Empire State Building! You know, some consistency with the rest of the game can be viewed as a good thing...

Not when it comes with demand relief effects, too ... You can alter it yourself; it's extremely simple. Open the lot, select the Exemplar, and change the Plop Cost property.

I use this for eye candy. I started a whole new region last february and thought a fishing community would be a nice start for a region. I haven't seen a more beautiful harbor. By the way, the SC4 harbors are very, very, very, very boring. So we need more other harbors like this one.
