Now you know where Santa makes his gifts every year! He has a larger facility up at the North Pole, but has decided he needs to expand his manufacturing base, to keep up with the ever growing population of SimNation. Rumor has it there are cities out there with millions of new Sim Children.... oh boy.
This an industrial, manufacturing lot, as there are so few custom ones available. Being as Santa is exempt from most building codes, his factory doesn't look anything likt the rest in SimNation. He decided to model it after the origonal at the North Pole, so it looks a little like a winter lodge...
And seeing as this factory runs on Elf power, it creates very little pollution. And you'll notice the gifts start to build up. Around May, the Elves start storing them outside (Good thing there is no weather in SimNation!) The piles get bigger and bigger, then on Christmas Eve, they all get delivered! Santa leaves a decoy behind, to fool everyone for a little while...
