PLEASE NOTE: In order to keep the ploppable functional you need to zone residential area and allow buildings to build there first and make sure they are sending out commuters. Once that happens you can plop over them and have it work ok. (Thanks to Thalassicus for this tip)

I'd get rid of the plop version if I were you. They do not work in-game, which has been found as a common issue with ploppable Residential lots. The building will become abandoned. Other than that. Very nice job.

it looks like "Vaseline Tower" from Queer As Folk, which exists in real life on Alexander Street in the Toronto Gay Village. Nice Job, Sailor ! :)

Actually, R ploppables usually can function if you zone the area and allow buildings to build there first, make sure they're sending out commuters. Once that happens you can usually plop over them and have it work ok.
