Great use of streams, they flow suberbly. Never really got the hang of those ploppable streams but your's turned out excellent. 5 stars!

Hopefully you'll be able to figure it out with this [url="https://www.simtropolis.com/omnibus/_/simcity-4/tutorials/tutorial-how-to-build-a-land-bridge-r90"]tutorial[/url] and [url="http://klex.blog85.fc2.com/blog-entry-14.html"]plugin[/url]. The ponds were created using [url="https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=2091"]Diggis Ponds[/url]. I'd suggest downloading the dependencies and extra add-ons as well. You won't find the park anywhere but you can try recreating it or creating your own with [url="http://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/26923-paengs-parks-revisited/"]Paeng's Parks Revisited[/url]. Unfortunately I don't remember where I found the embankment walls but I've seen a few similar sets before, so with a little digging I'm sure you could find something.
