The same thing happened to me once after I built seawalls and then tore them down again. See page 2 in this old topic: -

You got PM. The site doesn´t accept my zips and/ or folders so I sent you all single files of each region in a separate pm. The Regions worked in my game, at least to have a quick look inside Hope it helps- 43 Replies

Maybe I can help as I downloaded these maps which are still missing: I did not keep the zips but the files and a few preview pics. As readymade regions the files are ca. 100mb in total. Can I upload those here without being a registered volunteer?- 43 Replies

The current heatwave in Europe is forcing me to find an indoor activity—good reason to further expand my Plantation Bay region. Here an overview of the existing tile; the expansion is planned for the southwest. 1st step: creating a nice seamless transition from these mostly industrial areas including port structures... ...across the border into the next tile: 2nd building a basic transport layout: I´m not sure if I´ll keep the avenues or downgrade these to roads in the beginning. Next will be adding the 1st residential areas, most likely at the northern coastline using the s-bent road as main connection, surrounded by big farms next to the rail line. Later expanding the transport networks and zoning a 2nd res area surrounding the southern bay. Region view, I marked the new tile: Transportation overview: Comments are welcome!

1. Red Circles: I use the "route under pedmall" pieces in these cases which you find in the FLUP Tab ring. 2. Blue Circles: You can use overhanging fillers like these: They have to be placed in the spots of the underground stairs withe the overhanging diagonal part filling the gap. 3. Yellow: AFAIK overpasses don't work here. Solution could be changing your road lay out, maybe by dragging the roads one tile further apart from the avenue and building a second smooth 90° curve, like an S-Bend?

Holiday by the sea and on a farm! Accommodation available at Campsite and Lake Resort. A selection of beautiful hotels nearby. -
Very nice pics. I´m happy about every new cj. I like the scree slopes (or debris cones - don´t know the exact term in english) on the feet of your cliffs-- reminds me of my geographical/ geological studies many years ago. Did you mmp those or are they part of a rock mode? It seems that you have great eye for a realistic, not griddy road layout in city and region view, just keep an eye on bumps, slopes and curves, this might bother you in the long run. At least that's how it was for me until I considered using slope mods and digged deeper into curve - drag patterns and flex pieces - compared to other long time players I´m still on the learning curve too. Looking forward to the next chapter!

Even modern suburban architecture can have some nice aspects. Sims like to live in this blocks next to shops, church, hospital and marketplace. Just around the corner, maybe not so nice....

Opposite side of the bay. Old town center surrounded by a dense urban conglomeration of skyscrapers. My post in show us what you're working on can give you an overview.

After some I changes I like this part of my city. The bridge leads to the dense center district. Next step will be giving some attention towards the coastline.
