NAM 41 - Issue with Maxis Highway Override

Someone has pointed out that the ground has to be 100% even, so I gave it a shot and it finally worked as intended. (A bit of a pain but it worked) -
After seeing the compact version of the cloverleaf RHW, I went ahead and try it out, but when trying to place the last two interchanges to complete the cloverleaf, I get this error. Any guess what happened to this one?

I did, but still didn't solve the problem. That was when I noticed a size mismatch. I eventually gave up and demolished it.

Ah sorry. I downloaded the pack that included the Chanin Building, but after crosschecking with the standalone landmark building, I noticed that the sizes don't match. The one inside the package was built on a 4x4, while the standalone building is at size 4x5. Lemme try to retrace where I got the pack from.... UPDATE: I got it. https://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/31544-diego-del-llano-growables-2017-pack-one/ The one highlighted was the problematic building.

This one has no dependency list attached. I have one of it developing now at my current downtown but it came out as an ugly simbox. I need to find the dependency(ies) for it.

Old player here, recently coming back here to do some occasional city building in mainly Cities Skylines and SC4 Deluxe in future. Coming back here to get some SC4 mods into it. I've been playing SC4 since the release, but have largely left it to the dust (to the point I lost the original CDs too!) for years. But the love of city building hasn't completely died down yet. Here's to *hopefully* make something beautiful
