I tried to re-install the BSC texture pack and still does not work.

It goes this way after I save it. I looked in the Read Me file, but there was no mention as to what dependencies they need. I have the Super Resource files by PEG too. So if it is a transparency or overlay issue, what do I do to fix this??

I have tried to search unsuccessful at finding an answer to this issue. The base texture disappears on these lots, what am I missing or a fix please. Thank you.

I thought I saw it on here, but it's a mod that allows custom content to build first before Maxis lots. If I saw it at SC4 Devotion, their forums are down and can't look there. Thanks.

SOLVED: You must also download this pack also with the merged pack files. This is the unmerged version, which will only work with this lot. It's in the comments for the lot.

The train tracks should run through the lot. I downloaded all necessary dependencies and also made sure that the freight line was totally separate from passenger rail. Still does not work.

I just installed the freight yards and the rail is not running through it. I have downloaded and installed all the texture and prop packs required. What else could it be?
