Another beauty for Your R$ sims! This is an old and decayed building, a hundred years ago the burgeoise sat and zipped champagne on those balconies. But nowdays you mostly see pigeons there while your low wealth sims work their long factory shifts.
The building name is taken from Bernauer Strasse in Berlin, once one of the border streets between East and West Berlin
This building hosts 264 low wealth sims on 1x3 or 1x4 lots. There is also a 1x3 eyecandy version, found in the landmarks menu.
