    Looks good. Def a need for R$$ highrises. Garages are a nice touch. Just a note: Power use and Value seems too low so I changed those in SC4Tool for my own use. Look forward to seeing them in the game.

    Looks good to me. Having a specific lot size helped in zoning. Only thing I changed in SC4 Tool was the value. It was only 32 and that would be about $1 a year in taxes. Using my own formula, I increased it to 58600.

    Wow, I'm looking forward to seeing this in action...freight activity is so lacking in the game. Too bad you don't have UK rail props though...:) It's so funny seeing a Santa Fe engine along the Thames waterfront!
