  1. after NAM 32 PR1 has released. there's a network named "el-rail over avenue". so if there's a change there's a "hidden" network named "monorail over avenue"?

  5. i need to download the growable high tech industrial buildings. where i can download it? i just searched STEX. but i can't find it. also how they can grow? i can see lots of large high tech buildings (6x6 5x6 5x5).

  8. um. there's some more larger I-HT growable buildings. but most of ST users don't know what mod pack this is. but you can asking the creator of GTR. because he had lots of growable I-HT buildings.

  10. this district is named "University District". where the university can be found. here some photos: (it's still uses the older photos) this is the north highway exit again. what i said earlier.     yeah. z1 is right. if sims want to use elevated rails. so i'm gonna build a elevated rail network.

  14. i just downloaded the avenue sandstone curves mod. also the road sandstone curves mod. it says i can use one of them. but in Building A City From Scratch series. i can see he's using 2 sandstone curves mod. and it's not working in the game. where i can put it in my plugins folder to work this mod. i'm really needed this mod!!! -Topic Locked-
  15. Wait, where did you get MandelSoft's Euro Textures mod? From the STEX or from the NAM installer? If it's from the STEX, please delete that and reinstall the NAM with the Euro textures option because that's outdated already. As far as the CTD goes, does it crash when you place the smooth curves, or did it randomly crash? I used that mod before, and it worked perfectly... i'm reinstalled NAM 31.2. so i got the euro textures from NAM installer. and. no. it's random. and it's not CTD. there's a mesage says "SimCity 4 has stop working". but when i went to the task manager, it says "not responding"
  16. Those are parts from the japanese sidewalk mod by Moonlight-san... Now, as for your posted problem - I admit, that can be a tough one to solve... I can only show you that it's possible, so at least you know that you are not trying the impossible ;-) I cannot give you a 'recipe' though - I've been constantly "massaging" my plugin collection (by now ~15Gb) for quite a few years, so it is a hefty dose of mods, overrides, overrides of overrides and more... It is absolutely necessary to understand your downloads and in particular the load orders needed to achieve specific results... With me that changes quite frequently, as I work with a variety of plugin configurations that I shift in and out depending on the setting I'm working on... Just be patient, experiment with different settings... and don't give up ;-) okay. but i have a problem when it's working. there's a message says "SimCity 4 has stop working". the sandstone sidewalks is now working. but i can't enter the game. and i'm using the euro textures from MandelSoft.

  25. Hmmm... I'm not sure what you can observe from these little wiggles ;-) I mean, lay down some roads and zones so the neuralgic spots become visible... i have a question: where you downloaded the power lines in the street? now. i'm tryed to zone the areas. but it's not working. the photo:
