LOL I have some seedysides of town too where casinos and betting bars exists and yep, the city dump is in that area too!

That 3rd pic looks similar to the city I literally live in.  the small arched silver bridges in your screenshot looks like the actual crosswalks along one of many  busy freeway systems we have  here in my hometown! just google mapped this for you.

the brown bldg. in your screenshot across from that jiant 'jack-rock' looks like this real location that's just a few feet from where the silver arched crosswalks starts in my home town.  the crosswalks create a corridor here in the city for miles. You should see them during holiday seasons lit up.

I can imagine people in the casino complaining about the garbage stench tbqh. ._. D:
Try to get rid of it! >:c

Then add a park or some skyscrapers for a nicer look imho.

You can get rid of the landfills.  Just bulldoze the road connections and trash will disappear.  Then you could de-zone them.  Based on your pictures, this should not interrupt traffic to much in your case since you have not expanded on the other side of the landfills yet.  Would improve the aesthetics tremendously.  Casino would look awesome without the landfills beside it.

Is the landfill where they put all the trash from the casino? (By trash I mean the riffraff, get it?) :P

And I like the custom buildings you use, very nice indeed. :D

Also, I didn't know if you knew this, but you can just put the garbage and power, and even water, in a neighboring city, and through neighbor deals you can buy that stuff from those cities. Takes away those issues in a main city. :D

I am really liking the landfill beside the casino. It's a clever addition that only helps to further exemplify the staunch attitude towards socioeconomic equality. The sanitary dilemma wealthy casino-goers must face with the landfill gives them a glimpse at what their less fortunate contemporaries must face, working in the hazardous industries that these very same rich patrons control. This is a prime example of urban planning at it's finest. I anticipate seeing more from you! Seriously(-ish).

The casino near a trash zone doesn't make it look nice.

Well, that's a trashy casino

Apart from the Casino which everyone is talking about an obvious problem, I dont like the army of all the same buildings.

Buildings are too repetitive in some of the shots. And there are a number of ways to get rid of the landfills.
-Get rid of road connections

-Export a majority of trash and use recycling centers.

-Get the Black Hole Waste Management BAT.

-Use disasters to destroy landfill (might be costly) :P
