Needless to say, i am stunned by your cj once again. just a question, though, are there any lower-income neighborhoods in Avalon? just wondering, as the whole place seems dreamy and expensive!

This is turning out to be one of my more favored suburban-style cj's; looks very natural. however, i must agree with Pioneer, as the highway curves could be smoother..... unless this is the look you're going for. then it's very nice.
