    A great mod for roads is NAM (Network Addon Mod). It will not only give you new and better road textures, but give you all new transportation options such as light rail (trams), canals, high elevated rail, elevated rail over road, elevated rail to subway connections, new highway intersections, and much more. It's a great download that defiantly enhances the game. You can find it here:
  3. The Simtropolis Omnibus is good for giving advice. There you can find tutorials on how to do different things in Simcity 4.

    The only thing I don't like is how there is a tree growing through the bridge and rail in the first picture. Other that that it's beautiful!

    It's still weird to have a body of water where small kids play. Those teachers must monitor the students constantly.

    I've always wanted to drive that thing, but I defiantly agree with everyone who has said it needs a better description. The people who download these things need to know if it's going to replace anything. I don't want to waste memory on my laptop, so this will not be downloaded by me.
