    Request! I had been looking threw some of the mods and got an idea: Would it be possible to make a mod that Elevates Graffiti Crime rate throughout the city and as a result Graffiti Textures would overlay upon lots where the crime is being committed? I was just curious because i enjoy graffiti as an art form and an eyesore, a fact of reality! Not sure if this is possible seeing as how most of the lots would need to have originally been textured with graffiti but it seemed like a viable idea at the time! thanks - Gesh
