This here is simply a 1x2 lot with a med wealth apt building of 6 floors. Designed for W2W use, parking and such can be placed around it for use as a stand alone building. This houses 84 R$$ sims, and 84 R$ sims should low wealth move in. There is a grow file for residential as well as a plop version (eyecandy).
