Complete Rural Set 3

Excellent set, which might be a really valuable gem for rural-themed cities and "agrarian" players.

The visual layer of this set is quite impressive. Buildings are very nicely and meticulously crafted and in most cases have decent, well-balanced surroundings.

It is, likewise, commendable that the author took enough care to sort all buildings into their respective categories! Rural schools and hospitals can be found in the education & health menu, as they should. While the church and town hall are located among the landmarks. Clever, and extremely useful way to organize content which is convenient to the "end user".

Another advantage of this little set is a good idea at balancing the game by increasing the service range of all facilities at the expense of limiting the number of Sims that can use them. Unfortunately though, some of the civic services do not have their capacities modified with elementary school and the clinic (for instance) having exact same capacities as vanilla Maxis content.

This drawback, however, can be easily edited out in iLives and does not change the fact that Rural Set is something definitely worth having. Just put in in your Plugins folder and try it out for yourself. You'll be pleasantly surprised!
