Very interesting to see European architecture in the middle of those arab buildings, makes me think of Algiers the capital of Algeria. Though the architecture is a little bit different, it looks realistic. Great start!

Woaw amigo this is amazing! I never knew how this building was built, considering the very particular shape of the towers. This is spectacular, and very interesting to see the size unchanged. Buen trabajo! -
Project Thread: The Toronto-Dominion Centre

OH.MY.GOD. I'm lovin' it! This is awesome, you have a great start here, the textures already look awesome, an't wait to see more of that building. A real pleasure to see Canadian Buildings back on the STEX. Good luck to you guys with that and keep up the good work -
Excellent work on Villefranche dude! I wouldn't have used the standard Maxis highway, but the rest is great, definitely looks like this cities from Beaujolais. Keep up the good work!

By far the best project I saw in a while! So realistic (makes me think a little bit of that highway in GTA: SA nearby CJ's house). Anyway great work! There is still some conflicts between the different pieces, some seem to interfere with others. Again, I guess the project is not finished. But you would eventually need a transition piece so you don't have to work on the overall shape of each model again. Since I tried myself at B.A.T and that I suck at it, I won't allow myself to judge your work, so all I can do is encourage you in this project, it's definitely a great idea! Keep up the good work!

Awesome! Nice to see some Mexico's buildings again on the forum. Even if it's at an early stage, I think the blue texture looks too clean on the Esquina Dolores/ Victoria compared to the real life building. Just a personal opinion Keep up the good work

Neutlaand Road | North Mevrco
Bastet69008 commented on Huston's City Journal Entry in Three Nations (2010-2013 / Defunct)
Moderators: please close this thread, Huston posted real-life photos and pretend it was SC4 content! Stupid joke, simply phenomenal, awesome, makes me think of these roads in the mountains in the medeterranian area. Keep up the good work this is simply unbelievable! You perfectly managed the depixelisation for the zoom-max picture. What did you use to make the roads, looks like photoshop magic. -

Holy jesus this is ugly! Definitely looks like Petropavlovsk Kamtchatskiy! I'd say you need more trees in that area but very well executed! -

Selbring County | Vallence & Summary
Bastet69008 commented on Huston's City Journal Entry in Selbring County
I was 11, Just got back from school (was in Europe at that time), I had a tough day and I was d dying to see my favorite cartoons on TV. All the channels stopped their programs to show that horror. I thought it was a trailer for a new disaster movie. I was wrong... I was in New York before it happened and I got back there a few weeks ago. It's so strange to know that 2 Supertall buildings and a whole complex where more than 50,000 people used to work are now absent from NYC's skyline. So strange to know that 2,977 died in the middle of one the world's most beautiful cities , including 343 firefighters. May their soul rest in peace. I'd like to know what is the font you used for the CJ, it is great! -
There is still plenty of work to do regarding the textures and eventually the scale of the buildings, yet it's a very good start! Saludos!

Since I'm not a BATter, I cannot make any constructive comment on this work, so I'll just say..AWESOME! Great work guys! -
Looks sooo realistic with the models, even if they still are basic boxes with no concrete and glass textures, it's awesome, I really liked the first two attempts at BAT you did, I'm sure these models are gonna be great looking buildings. Keep up the good work! Just a comment: you should change the flora, these Maxis trees look too "continental US" and are too small for a Hawaiian-themed CJ

Nightlight revolution is coming! Just awesome! Congratulations!

I now live in Canada, but used to live in France for the last 15 years, I'm pretty shocked you used the map of Lyon which is a Central / Southeast France city to recreate a southwestern style city (just kidding ) I'm astonished by the third picture (1.2), this small shot is typically French the recreation is very very realistic (just get rid of the poles on the highway if you want to get a better French look ), it is very colorful and detailed, and gives a little impression of summer in the French riviera. The landscape is really awesome (except it is too green for southern france, but anyway there are no limits to our imagination! I know, French people always have to criticize other's people work, but in this case, it would be a positive criticism) If you want to have a south european look to your city, some other buildings are available, you have spanish buildings, cars on capitalsimcity.com and Southern French buildings on toutsimcities.com as well as French Vehicles and French terrain textures; just to help In any case that's a great start, we rarely see this kind of European cities on simtropolis forum. Keep up the good work!
